About ELISABETH PHARMACON

Elisabeth Pharmacon Ltd. was founded by Czech biologist Dr. Omar Sery and businessman Mr. Petr Cermak in London (2012). The company sales DNA diagnostics under the brand name EliGene® and PCR workstation under the brand name Zephyrus.

Elisabeth Pharmacon Ltd. is member of international group Elisabeth Pharmacon Group.  Its member is also Elisabeth Pharmacon spol. s r.o. based in the Czech Republic. This company cooperates with many research institutes and clinics. Since its beginnings, the Czech company has cooperated with the Faculty of Science, Masaryk University. In 2008, it became the first Czech company to produce DNA diagnostics under EN ISO 13485:2012 certification. The quality systems EN ISO 13485:2003 and EN ISO 9001:2008 cover all activities such as designing, developing, manufacturing, purchasing, storing and selling in-vitro diagnostic medical devices and medical instruments and molecular biology testing, measuring and analysis. The aim is to offer the best quality products at the best available price on the market.

By 2018, the company had invested more than 4 million EUR in laboratory instruments and research. The company's research is continually supported by grant projects of the Investment and Business Development Agency (CzechInvest) and the Ministry of Industry and Business of the Czech Republic.
